1. Take compliance courses. Search these out at local colleges and universities. Keep current.

5. Be clear that compliance work is the right fit for you. Are you detail oriented, have natural organizational skills and like keeping track of statistics? Are you also a naturally diplomatic person? (This is important because of the wide range of people you come in contact with.)
