Job searching doesn’t have to be as hard and stressful as most make it out to be. Sometimes the right career might have to come to you (as cliché as that may sound). I’m not saying it would be a good idea to stop hunting all together, but it wouldn’t hurt to be a bit more creative with your searching tactics. Keep your eyes and your options open. Entry-level candidates typically turn to the popular search engines (Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc) to find their “Dream Job.”. But where do you start? Simply typing in a few key words in your field tends to generate hundreds, if not thousands, of results. What I’ve learned by doing this is only one thing: Quantity definitely does not equal quality.
